Documentation validation — 2026-10-24¶
The documentation audit found a failed Pages build, missing navigation and stale recovery instructions. Verified defects are repaired on an isolated branch, with coverage and publication checks added to CI. Production publication and several inventory/runtime discrepancies remain separate acceptance items.
Scope and status¶
| Area | Status |
|---|---|
| Inventory documentation presence | All 46 entity pointers resolve |
| Service documentation presence | All 26 service/tool/template directories have manuals and index entries |
| Infrastructure coverage | 20 roles, 20 workflows and 12 generators mapped to operating context |
| Site navigation | All baseline pages represented; missing historical/current entries restored |
| Accuracy | Source-verified operational errors repaired; remaining drift listed in the audit |
| Production Pages | Baseline has 3 absent routes and 27 stale searchable pages; awaiting deployment of repairs |
| PLAN phases | No new deployment/phase acceptance asserted by this documentation-only audit |
Changes¶
- Audit findings and evidence
- Complete project map and service directory
- Repeatable validation and current Pages pipeline
- Per-service recovery, disaster recovery, and public edge recovery

Remaining work¶
The owner reviews and merges the documentation branch. After deployment, run the live comparison against that exact revision. Inventory reconciliation for Prox, infra-services, PostgreSQL, Phoenix and Rexit is tracked in the audit; no host was resized or redeployed. Recovery acceptance needs isolated drills, not another Markdown build. Private source manuals remain linked from the public directory and require repository access.
