History¶
Dated evidence and retired systems, kept separate from everyday operating procedures. All existing page addresses remain unchanged; bookmarks and search still work.
For a task you need to perform now, start with Runbooks. For system design and inventory, use Infrastructure.
Changes and incidents¶
- Project journal — check-ins, deployments, validation results, and unfinished work. The sidebar groups entries by month, newest first.
- Postmortems — incident timelines, causes, and follow-up actions.
Scans and captures¶
A scan describes the system when it was captured, not necessarily today. Recheck the live system before using an old address, policy, or capacity figure.
- Compute scans — Proxmox and Synology VMM evidence.
- UniFi capture archive — network and firewall capture artifacts.
- Network observations (2026-06-03) — pre-cutover findings.
The network and firewall reference pages remain under Infrastructure, with capture dates in their navigation labels.
Reviews and audits¶
Findings are dated assessments. Read their scope and follow-up evidence before treating them as open or resolved.
- Documentation audit (2026-10-24)
- CI hosted-runner audit (2026-08-09)
- GitHub organization audit (2026-07-27)
- Komodo reliability audit (2026-07-03)
- Contractor assessment (2026-06-28)
- Phase 7R audit questionnaire (2026-06-18)
- Lab audit (2026-05-11)
Retired systems and completed programs¶
The Retired hosts sidebar holds former host pages. The host directory also retains their lifecycle status. These records are not instructions to recreate those systems.
- Historical GitHub runner fleet — superseded runner architecture.
- Wazuh SIEM and Wazuh SSO — retired stack and access path.
- OneUptime runner pilot — rejected pilot, not the active runner alert path.
- Old monitoring decommission — completed migration record.
- Compute decommission queue, Metrimon gate, and Proxmox consolidation — completed compute program records.

Keeping history useful¶
Keep a page at its original path when its lifecycle changes. Move its navigation entry here, label the date or retired status, and link to the replacement procedure where one exists. History remains searchable; it is not hidden or deleted.
