Check-in — Desk-side docs truth (PR2)¶
Validation pass after PR1 (CF Pages) and PR3 (live UniFi/Prox). This entry is the grilled PR2 close-out: operational wording, indexes, nav — not another live scan.
TL;DR¶
Desk-side docs now match compose and inventory for Alloy/Prometheus tags, ansible-pull org URL, services/hosts indexes, and bus-factor first-check. Historical lab-audit / phase-7r pages carry dated-snapshot banners. PR4 tooling pins remain.
